NOTICE
Mr.
Hart may render general business opinions regarding legal and
accounting issues as they may impact the individual or business in
question pursuant to duties as a business consultant. Mr. Hart is not
a lawyer or CPA and does not represent that he is either. However, if
Mr. Hart is consulting a client who he believe needs to consider
certain legal and financial aspects of their actions individually or
jointly or the business as a whole, he will so advise. Further, if a
client may be at risk of breaking the law or legal non-compliance
with local, state and federal authorities or is at legal risk with
the law or tax authorities, Mr. Hart will strongly advise you to
retain the services of a lawyer or certified public accountant as
needed. It is always wise to retain these professionals to represent
your best legal and financial interests.

WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM OUR SERVICES?
This service is primarily geared towards people who have little or no experience with Internet technology including website development or Internet marketing. It is also designed for people and small business owners who simply do not have the time or inclination to learn and perform all the details associated with creating and managing an effective on line presence.
Mr. Hart will tell you exactly how he see things regarding your goals and objectives without mincing words—he gets to the bottom line quickly and intelligently. If we don't have an answer to a particular problem or issue, we will tell you so. Mr. Hart prides himself on identifying problems and developing solutions in a professional manner and is dedicated to representing your best interests with solutions that meet your needs within your budget.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Upon your purchase of services you will be sent email instructions that direct you regarding the following:
Providing Mr. Hart with your name, address and phone number for contact (all your information remains confidential).
Setting a convenient appointment time for you to receive phone consultation (Mr. Hart pays for the call).
You will begin writing down all the questions you wish to ask during the one-hour period we will be talking on the phone. You will be able to send Mr. Hart three (3) emails with a maximum of 20 questions per email during the period of time prior to the phone appointment. This limitation on questions is based on practicality as it is difficult to answer 60 questions at (1) minute per question for an hour.
If there is other reasons to communicate prior to our phone consultation Mr. Hart prefers to talk by phone rather than emailing--in the event we need to reasonably communicate, Mr. Hart will pay for all phone calls and is pretty flexible regarding this issue. Mr. Hart and his clients tend to become comfortable with each other very fast.
If required, Mr. Hart will provide you with forms or checklists as he deem necessary.
Once everything is in order Mr. Hart will call you personally and punctually anywhere in the U.S. for up to one (1) hour detailed consultation.
Mr. Hart has a lot of experience consulting clients over the phone so you have nothing to worry about. Mr. Hart reserves the right to provide free or deeply discounted information products to clients, at his sole discretion, based on the unique circumstances of each case, as an added bonus to this service.
IS THERE A CHEAPER WAY FOR ME TO GET THE HELP I NEED?
It's possible but not probable. Mr. Hart works using both “flat-rate” project fees or “hourly rates” that are far below industry standard fees. Why? Because Mr. Hart understands the budget limitations for individuals and small businesses that act as a barrier to market entry on the Internet and the outrageous fees charged by IT professionals who are primarily geared towards businesses with unlimited IT budgets.
What will it typically cost me to have Mr. Hart help me set up a website?
Typically, it will cost a total of $750-$1,000.00 to register a domain name, select the hosting services and set up a basic professional looking website that represents your project or business. Obviously, cost is directly related to site content (pictures, writing, site-services, e-commerce installation, SEO, site optimizations, etc.). As an example, a site designed like Smart Books Solutions with similar content could range between $2,500.00 to $25,000.00 (depending on content development requirements and client providing all product/site pictures).
